What is the TitaniumPhysique Coaching Program?

The TitaniumPhysique Coaching Program is a comprehensive health and fitness coaching service led by Nurudeen Tijani. It covers a wide range of areas, including muscle injuries, building muscles, weight training, weight loss, mindset/motivation, nutrition, diet and supplementation, stretching/mobility, and sleep/recovery.

What do I get with the coaching program?

Yearly Coaching Program:

  1. Participants in the yearly coaching program receive exclusive direct access to Nurudeen.
  2. Experience 1-on-1 personalized coaching for a tailored and focused approach to your health and fitness journey.
  3. Begin your coaching journey with a 15-minute Kickoff Call, setting the stage for a personalized and effective coaching relationship.
  4. Enjoy a total of 12 coaching sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, providing ample time for in-depth discussions, guidance, and progress assessments.

Monthly Coaching Program:

How much does the coaching program cost?

For the Yearly Plan: The coaching program is priced at $1,995 for a yearly subscription. This is a one-time charge that covers 12 months of coaching. After the first year, you have the choice to renew your subscription.

For the Monthly Plan: The monthly subscription is $175, charged at the time of purchase. This plan automatically renews every month until canceled.

The coaching program is exclusively available for TitaniumPhysique members. To be eligible for the coaching program, individuals must have purchased the TitaniumPhysique program.

Clients utilize their coaching time with Nurudeen in various ways, such as:

  1. Live demonstration and coaching on SMR exercise (pain relief).
  2. Live demonstration and coaching on mobility drills.
  3. Live demonstration and coaching on stretching exercises.
  4. Engaging in a Q&A session covering a spectrum of health and fitness topics, including but not limited to muscle injuries, building muscles, weight training, weight loss, mindset/motivation, nutrition, diet and supplementation, stretching/mobility, and sleep/recovery.
  5. Troubleshooting and clarification of elements within their customized training or nutrition program.

Will Nurudeen create a customized training or nutrition program for me?

Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

I need to reschedule my coaching session. What should I do?

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please use the rescheduling instructions provided in the confirmation email you received when scheduling through Calendly.

No-Show, Rescheduling, and Session Cancellation Policy

No-Show Policy

Forfeiture of Session

A no-show for a scheduled coaching call will result in the forfeiture of that coaching session for the month. However, clients will still have access to email support.

Session Cancellation Policy

1. Twice-a-Month Limit

If a client cancels two coaching sessions in a single month, they will forfeit the coaching sessions for that month. Despite this, clients will continue to have access to email support.

2. Cancellation Timing

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled coaching session. Please use the rescheduling instructions provided in the confirmation email when scheduling through Calendly.

3. Rescheduling Within 24 Hours

If rescheduling or cancellation is necessary within 24 hours of the scheduled session, clients must send an email to Nurudeen. The email should include details on the need for rescheduling or cancellation.

General Notes:

1. Email Support Continuity

Despite forfeiting a coaching session for the month due to a no-show or exceeding the cancellation limit, clients will retain access to email support. This ensures ongoing communication and assistance.

2. Respect for Others' Time

The 24-hour advance notice requirement for cancellation or rescheduling is in place to respect both the coach's and other clients' time. This policy aims to maintain an efficient and respectful coaching environment.

3. Communication Channels

For rescheduling within 24 hours or any other urgent matters, clients are encouraged to contact Nurudeen directly via email. The email should include the client's name, the session date and time, and the reason for the rescheduling or cancellation.

4. Confirmation Email Instructions

Clients are reminded to refer to the confirmation email received when scheduling through Calendly for specific rescheduling instructions. This ensures a smooth and straightforward process for making changes to the coaching session schedule.

By participating in the coaching program, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms of this No-Show, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy. This policy is designed to maintain the integrity of the coaching program and provide a fair and transparent framework for both clients and the coach.

What is your program cancellation policy?

Monthly Coaching Program:

You can cancel your monthly coaching program at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Yearly Coaching Program:

If you decide to cancel your yearly coaching program within the first 30 days, you can get a refund for the months you have not used. However, please note that the refund is not prorated, and it will not include the current month. If you wish to cancel after the first 30 days, you need to be subscribed for at least 6 months.

What is your program refund/money-back policy?

Monthly Coaching Program:

Refunds are not provided for partial months, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Yearly Coaching Program:

If you cancel within the first 30 days of the yearly coaching program, you can receive a refund for the months you have not used. Remember, the refund is not prorated, and it excludes the current month. If you choose to cancel after the first 30 days and have been subscribed for at least 6 months, you can still get a refund for the unused months. This approach offers flexibility to ensure you are satisfied with the program.
